What Is Syndicate Kahuna And Why Should I Use It?
Syndicate Kahuna is a "Content Syndication Blog Network". Our members are all WordPress blog owners who want fresh, on-topic content but don't have the time to search online everyday for brand new content, fresh topics or inspiration. Constantly updating a blog with new, relevant content is perhaps the biggest challenge of running a blog (or blogs). Once you sign up with Syndicate Kahuna, you will receive hot-off-the-press, on-topic (human-reviewed) content based on the categories and/or keywords that are most important to you. You choose whether to have this content auto-posted to your blog or flagged as "pending" waiting for your approval.
How Do I Get Up And Running With Syndicate Kahuna?
It's real easy. Once you sign up with Syndicate Kahuna and login, you download one tiny file and upload it to your web server. Then, you add your blog information to your "Sites List" and you are good to go! The whole process takes less than 3 minutes.
Why Do You Need My Blog Information?
Syndicate Kahuna is based on delivering targeted content. In order to serve you the most relevant content, we require some information about your blog. This includes the category (or categories) and keywords that best relate to your blog. We also require your blog URL, so that we can know where to send the content (this is explained below).
Where Does The Content That Syndicate Kahuna Provides Come From?
All content is first reviewed by our team of Editors before it is delivered to you. The primary content source is from our paid members who submit content to us for syndication (see details once you login to your Syndicate Kahuna account). Often, unique content submitted is exclusive to Syndicate Kahuna and it gets syndicated to you while it's still fresh. Mmmmm.... search engines love it!
What About Duplicate Content?
This is a hot topic. There are a few measures that we have in place to protect you from duplicate content. There is a lot of confusion about duplicate content. Most people are under the false impression that by having a piece of content on your blog that also appears on someone elses blog, you will be penalized in the search engines. This is not the case.
Duplicate content can cause a problem when you have multiple pages on your website or blog that contain the exact same content. However, if you are still worried about duplicate content, here are some things to put your at ease when using Syndicate Kahuna.
- Our authors often submit several versions of the same article, to provide more unique content to the Syndicate Kahuna blog network. In fact, we encourage them to do so and provide a powerful tool to make it easy. This benefits both our authors and you as members. Quite simply, the more unique content is, the better is does within the search engines.
- To prevent blog burnout or thousands of blogs from receiveing the exact same content at the same time, we utilize a priorietary content and blog rotation system. You see, blogs (per category and/or keyword filter) are selected randomly to receive content. Not all blogs receive the same content. This "randomization" of syndication keeps blogs unique and doesn't over saturate Syndicate Kahuna blogs with the exact same content.
- Plus, you can add your own custom written posts in combination with Syndicate Kahuna content to populate your blogs with even more uniqueness. ;-)
